I chose to research into Tyson as a company because I read an article called 'eyeing alternatives' which is about large meat companies-their that have started to invest within the plant based sectors of the market. It talks of large companies within the meat industry that have started to invest in the plant based business as they have noticed the shift in the market and are adapting their business (wheater it be for profit or ethical reasons). Tyson foods stuck out to me because it was the largest company on the list and I particularly liked the branding of tyson and how it has moved with the times and the culture as looking into their website it said they has a 'holistic' approach to sustainability 'focused on social, environmental and economic stewardship. Only through a comprehensive approach can we make transformational and enduring change' which to me showed that they were real in their approach of sustainability. This was also applicable to my practical because I had the idea of rebranding a company that sold plant based and meat products and have two products working in tandem with each other working towards sustainability.
uses the same approach of using the 'OUR' in the branding of their website as it sets the viewer as an individual and a part of their community as it is talking to them and they are already a part of what they are doing.
